After you start at ITX, you’re invited to join an interactive course given live (via video conference) by ITX leaders. The course, designed specifically for our new team members, helps you better understand the ITX cultural significances, common language for problem-solving, and ways of being.

Salaries are based on the market, not on negotiation. We gather market data to define the benchmark for each position and perform regular Salary Reviews to compare benchmarks with current salaries and adjust as needed.
